Our mission is to support the well-being, independence and dignity of older adults by educating the community, providing care management and mental health services, and connecting older adults to community resources.

They have worked diligently to reduce barriers to service delivery with the mission to help older adults age in their own home.

Mental Health Partners Colorado began in 1962 as a mental health clinic and was federally designated as a comprehensive community mental health center in 1971. They are the only agency in Boulder and Broomfield counties that provides comprehensive psychiatric services to county residents regardless of their ability to pay.
