To support program success, Senior Reach has integrated data collection, reporting, and evaluation into all phases of the program. These activities support Senior Reach to help seniors by strengthening program activities, ensuring fidelity, and demonstrating positive results. The Senior Reach database allows programs to enter, track and report key outcome measures.
Senior Reach employs a password secure, online database that is easy to use and adaptable. SSL/TLS Internet security protocols are used to encrypt data into and out of the database to help ensure data confidentiality. On-demand programed reports summarize program, demographic and outcome information, and download functionality provides data to address specific ad hoc questions.
